Delete your account

This page works in a browser. You do not need the Popup app.

How to request

In the Popup app, open Account and tap Delete account. Confirm by typing DELETE. Your account is deleted immediately.

On this page, verify the phone number on the account with a one-time code, then delete it here.

If you cannot use the app or this page, email hello@popup.ph from any address with the subject "Delete my Popup account" and the phone number on the account. We verify the request by sending a one-time code to that phone number.

What is deleted

We delete your account, phone number, name, email, location data, Pops balance and unopened Pops, Bubbles, rewards balance, and your membership at every shop.

What may be kept

Sales records a shop must keep by law may be kept, with your personal details removed where possible.

We keep a scrambled, one-way code made from your phone number only to stop repeat sign-up bonuses. It can't be turned back into your number.

Timing

Deletion on this page or in the app is immediate after you confirm. Email requests are completed within 30 days of verifying the request.

Delete my Popup account

We will send a one-time code to that phone number, then delete the account tied to it. This cannot be undone.
